Summary:
This is a must see! You do have to exert a lot of energy swimming from your boat to the beach, but it is SO worth it. I also heard you can get closer somehow and then take a taxi over, but not sure how that works. If you are looking for a great location for pictures and fun, this is it!

What a great day! I would’ve turned around and did it again as soon as we got back. The Baths were stunning, White Bay is paradise, and most importantly of all, Stormy Pirates handled absolutely everything and made sure we saw the best of the best and experienced everything in the best way. Highly recommend! Last but certainly not least, we had Cornelius as our Captain and Jackson as our First Mate, and if you get that duo you are truly blessed. Book this trip!

Summary:
What a fun day!
The ride out to Virgin Gorda was a little rough — But Captain Cornelius did his best to to deal with the choppy waters. We considered it part of the adventure.
Heather’s guided walk through the marvels of The Baths was fun. Great to get some background on this geological marvel and knowledgeable advice on how to navigate some of the trickier areas as we walked through the crevices and caves.
My husband and I were the oldest — and most physically challenged (i.e., not that “fit”) — of the group, and Heather made sure to take care of us as best she could.
We did need a little help when it came to making the short swim to the beach (and back) at White Bay, even admonishing us for not signalling from shore when we were ready to return to the boat. (She had asked us to do this, so she could help us along… But we were stubbornly trying to do it on our own.)
Others on board were also very nice in helping us get to shore and get on our feet. We realized later that although we both do know how to swim, we are not beachgoers, and countering the surf and standing up on top of sizeable rocks before getting to the sandy beach was a little challenging for us.
Anyway — the day was a lot of fun, and no doubt will be a highlight of our memories of the VI. Thanks, Stormy Pirates!
